Assessment and quiz tools: Answers and responses submitted through the Digital Flagship™ Readiness Assessment (powered by ScoreApp). Responses are tied to your email address when you opt in to receive your score report.
Instagram automation: If you interact with a brand keyword on our Instagram profile (@bklyncustomdesigns), we receive your Instagram username and associated public profile data as permitted by Instagram’s API. This is used solely to deliver the requested content or link via Instagram DM/platform.
Purchase and payment data: Name, email, billing address, and payment information processed through payment platform for service invoices, shop orders, or digital product purchases. We do not store full card numbers. Our payment platform handles all payment security.
Website behavior data: Anonymized data collected via analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) including pages visited, session duration, device type, and geographic region. This data is not linked to individual identities by default.

Data is stored on secure servers and within the third-party platforms listed in this policy, each of which maintains their own security standards. Our site is protected by firewall + vulnerability monitoring, malware scanning, SSL encryption, and two-factor authentication for authorized access.
Email data is stored within our email marketing platforms. All Alignment + Readiness responses are stored within the ScoreApp’s secured infrastructure. Payment data is processed and stored by our vetted and authorized payment platforms (we never store full payment card information on our servers).
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we, including our partners, cannot guarantee absolute security. Please remain diligent.

SMS opt-out: Text STOP to any SMS from us to unsubscribe from Flagship Signals™.

Deletion requests for shop account data will be processed in accordance with our platform’s data erasure tools.
