At Bklyn Custom Designs®, we bring our full expertise to every engagement and we stand behind our work. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have structured our refund and returns policy to be clear, fair, and consistent with the nature of the services and products we provide. Please review the following policy carefully before completing any purchase.
Website Development Services
All project deposits and payments are non-refundable. All fees collected once the project begins are nonrefundable.
All website development engagements (including Website Remix™ and Digital Flagship™ builds) requirewritten notice, via approved communication channels, to terminate the remainder of the contract. Oral or SMS cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
All collected fees are nonrefundable. All applicable recurring payments will be terminated if written notice is received. Termination begins on the 1st of the month following the date written notice is received. Time invested in your project cannot be reimbursed. Our expertise, discovery work, strategy, and design effort are delivered and consumed as the project progresses.

Non-Website Services, Strategy, Community, and Events
All sales for non-website development services, strategy, community access, and events are final. No refunds or cancellations are accepted.
This includes B.I.P.™ Strategy Sessions, Digital Flagship™ Intel, coaching sessions, workshops, virtual trainings, da Misfit Squad™ community access, and virtual & in-person events. If you choose not to attend or participate in a scheduled service, you forfeit your investment. No cancellations, transfers, or rescheduling for refund purposes will be accepted.
If you are a “No-Show” for two client-specific sessions without prior written notice (minimum 24 hours), you may be barred from registering for future client-specific engagements for two quarters (6 months). Please refer to your project contract or service agreement for full details.
All collected fees are nonrefundable for all reasons. We invest considerable preparation time in every engagement before your session begins. Because that time cannot be reclaimed, refunds are not possible.
Digital Products, E-Products, and Merch
All digital product sales are final. No exceptions.
Digital products, including eBooks, PDF guides, checklists, templates, course access, and any other downloadable file, are non-refundable once delivered, with no exceptions. Given the nature of digital delivery, returns are not possible.
For physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, and home items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner): most items are produced specifically for your order. This means returns and exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind are not supported.
However, if you receive a damaged product or manufacturing error, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. Contact us via the information on your receipt or at support@bklyncustomdesigns.com.
If you have questions about our Refunds and Returns Policy before completing a purchase, please contact us via our chat portal. We would rather answer questions upfront than manage misunderstandings afterward.
