Charlene Brown brings 20+ years of brand strategy, digital infrastructure, and tech leadership to every stage: corporate, conference, or classroom. She doesn’t deliver motivational speeches. She delivers strategic frameworks your audience can implement Monday morning.
Every talk is customized to the audience, the event format, and the outcomes the organizer wants. These are the four pillars Charlene speaks from. Each can be shaped into a keynote, breakout, workshop, or panel contribution.
How founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders can transform their websites from digital brochures into branded, owned revenue ecosystems. The R.A.D.A.R.™ method applied at any scale, from solo operator to enterprise team.
The case for owned digital infrastructure over platform dependency. Why social followers, rented audiences, and third-party algorithms are fragile foundations, and how to build brand equity that compounds over time.
A direct conversation about how women entrepreneurs leave serious revenue on the table by outsourcing their digital strategy. Understanding your tech stack isn’t optional. It’s your competitive edge. From someone who built her career at the intersection of both worlds.
Why most entrepreneur websites fail before they launch, and the strategic foundation every business needs before investing in design, development, or digital marketing. A practical framework with a clear starting point.

Charlene is a professional speaker. Great talks take real strategy and prep, and your audience deserves her at full power. Fees are set per engagement based on format, length, and scope, with travel and AV handled in the agreement. Select community and non-profit appearances are considered by personal invitation. Include your budget range with your inquiry so we can confirm fit and get you a clear answer.
The Bklyn Custom Designs® press kit includes Charlene’s official speaker bio, high-resolution headshots, brand assets, approved talk descriptions, and media topics. Available to journalists, event organizers, podcast hosts, and editorial teams.
Speaking fees are scoped per engagement. Keynote, panel, and workshop fees are different tiers. When you submit an inquiry through the form, include your budget range and we’ll confirm whether the engagement is in scope. We don’t publish a rate card, but we do require a budget indication to respond.
The four listed topics are the primary pillars, but they’re not exhaustive. If your event covers adjacent territory, like fintech, women’s entrepreneurship, corporate technology leadership, or brand positioning, submit the inquiry and we’ll review the fit. Custom talk development is available for the right engagements.
Charlene’s schedule fills quickly. Keynote and workshop engagements should be inquired about at minimum 6 to 8 weeks in advance. For major conferences, 3 to 6 months is recommended. Podcast and panel appearances can occasionally be accommodated on shorter timelines.
Yes. Keynotes, panels, and workshops are available in virtual and hybrid formats. Virtual engagements require a professional AV setup on the organizer’s end. Low-production virtual appearances are not accepted.
Submit the Speaking & Media inquiry form on the Contact page. Include your show’s audience size, demographics, download numbers, and the specific topic you want to cover. Podcast appearances are selective. Alignment with BCD brand values and audience quality are the primary filters, not just audience size.
Inquiries are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days. Include your event details, format, audience, and budget range. Incomplete inquiries will not receive a response.
