Website Remix™ requires a completed Digital Flagship™ Intel or B.I.P.™ Strategy Session first. If you haven’t done either, start with Intel™. This isn’t a gate for the sake of it. It’s how we ensure every Remix™ build is rooted in strategy, not assumptions. You may add either the Digital Flagship™ Intel or B.I.P.™ Strategy Session to your Website Remix™ package to execute first before your build begins.

How long does a Website Remix™ take?
Website Remix™ timelines are not fixed because every project moves at the speed of its real scope, content readiness, decision-making, and responsiveness during the build. The timeline listed for any Remix offer is a loose estimate, not a hard guarantee. It reflects what some projects may take when materials are ready, approvals move cleanly, and clients respond to requests within 12 hours or less during the active build.
Why isn’t there an exact timeline for Website Remix™ projects?
Because a real build is not plug-and-play. The timeline depends on the size of the project, the amount of content involved, the intensity of the build and connected infrastructure, how quickly assets are submitted, how fast decisions get made, and whether outside tools, vendors, or team members are part of the process.
If content is missing, approvals drag, feedback is delayed, or third-party systems take longer than expected, the project timeline will shift.
When everything is organized and communication stays tight, projects move faster. When key pieces are delayed, the build slows down too.
For clients who need a compressed turnaround, accelerated builds may be available for an additional Accelerated Fee which is disclosed in the contract whenever applicable.
Do you write the copy too?
Yes. We support website content development in one of two ways. We either create the strategic content framework for you to complete in your own voice, or we write the copy for you. Both paths are designed to support stronger messaging, cleaner page flow, and a more strategic build process. Additional content-related add-ons may be available under either option depending on the scope of the project and the level of support needed.
What platform is the Website Remix™ built on?
Website Remix™ is built strategy-first, not platform-first. While we are WordPress experts and often build within the WordPress ecosystem, our work is not governed by blind platform loyalty. It is strategy-first and evergreen-focused
We believe your website is the heart of your Digital Flagship™, but it should be governed by your strategy, your goals, and your business purpose not by third-party platforms. The mistake too many people make is letting the tool dictate the build. We do the opposite. Strategy leads. Tech supports.
What if I already have a WordPress site — do you start from scratch?
In most cases, yes. When a client already has a website, regardless of platform, the goal is usually to rebuild the core properly rather than patch around old decisions. That may mean creating a new site structure, refreshing and rewriting core content, or developing entirely new content based on the direction of the project.
When the platform and setup allow for it, we build in a sandbox environment first so the new foundation can be developed without disrupting the live site. Once the new site or approved updates are ready, we transition them based on the needs of the project and the realities of the platform involved.
Do I need to have my brand finalized before starting?
Not fully, but you do need enough clarity to build with intention. Your brand does not have to be perfectly finalized before we begin, but your direction, positioning, audience, and core business goals cannot be all over the place.
A website should not be used to guess your way into clarity. It should be built from it. If your brand foundation, messaging, or strategic direction still needs work, we may recommend starting with a B.I.P.™ Strategy Session or adding the appropriate brand and messaging support to the project scope before or during the build.
What's the payment structure?
Payment structure depends on the scope, investment level, and type of project. Most Website Remix™ projects require an upfront deposit to secure the build and reserve the project in our calendar, with remaining payments scheduled across the life of the project or due at key milestones outlined in the agreement.
Full payment terms, due dates, and any approved payment plan details are disclosed before work begins and confirmed in the contract. Because strategy, planning, and project preparation begin early, payments made are generally non-refundable as outlined in our governing policies and agreement.
Can I add pages or features after the build is complete?
Yes. Websites are meant to evolve. After the initial build is complete, additional pages, features, integrations, campaigns, and strategic expansions can be added based on the needs of the business and the condition of the site. All post-launch additions are handled as separate scoped work, ongoing support, or approved expansion projects, depending on the size and complexity of what needs to be done.
