As a serial entrepreneur who has set up, torn down, created websites and let domains die on the vine, I found this book to be a great beginner's reference to the process of creating an online presence, brand and money driving message.

Charlene does a good job of simplifying the harder parts—the technical stuff. I was in IT for a long time and understand the hard parts of web design and website setup.

That being said, I liked her section on that topic as it boiled down the process to the useful parts and gave you directions to go and suggestions to follow in using .com, or other and how to start carving out your internet space with your domain.

This is a great resource for any small business should owner should read. Having a good web presence is essential not only for web based businesses but local stores too.

This book has very solid step by step strategies on everything from picking a name, to building a social media presence, and even a great list of resources.

This is a great book on branding! Especially for someone like me who is trying to create her own online business. I don't have the money or resources to hire the top agencies, and even if I did, they probably wouldn't talk to me, I'm too small.

I downloaded K.I.S.S. while searching for information on company branding. The author talks in an easy to read manner, with explanations of the process that help demystify the jargon heard so much today.

The roadmaps laid out obviously come from someone who knows the subject well. If you need help in the e-business world, I'd recommend spending time reading this book.
