Refund and Returns Policy

At Bklyn Custom Designs™, we are committed to providing exceptional services and products to our clients. We strive to ensure that every project meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or return is necessary.

Please review the following policy regarding refunds and returns for our various services and products:

  • Website Development Services
  • Non-Website Development & Design Related Services and Events
  • Products & Merch

All of our website development services require written notice to terminate the remainder of the contract. No exceptions.

All project deposits are non-refundable.

All collected fees are nonrefundable. All applicable recurring payments will be terminated if written notice is received. Termination will begin the 1st of the following month from the time termination notice is received. We use our expertise and dedicate considerable time to your project. Because time can’t be reimbursed, we’re unable to offer refunds for the time spent on your project.

Please reference our Terms & Conditions and your Project Contract for details on our Termination Policy.

All sales for our non-website development services and events are final.

Should you decide not to attend a service, training, workshop, or event, that will mean that you forfeit your investment. No cancellations will be accepted.

If you are a “No-Show” for two Client-specific trainings you will be barred from registering for future Client-specific trainings for 2 Quarters (6 months). 

All collected fees and applicable recurring payments are nonrefundable. We use our expertise and dedicate considerable time to your project. Because time can’t be reimbursed, we’re unable to offer refunds for any reason.

All sales for our e-products & customized merch are final.

Please note that all e-products (downloadable products, eBooks, checklists, etc.) are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Most of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the Anti-Struggle Life™ Store offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Refunds for physical products may be requested based on the contact information on the receipt.
